Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges, if any, are levied by your local customs office, not by Neotonics.
Delivery Issues

Lost Or Damaged Packages
In the rare case of a lost or damaged shipment, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Changes to the shipping address must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order.
