2. What Is Eligible
- All Neotonics packages: 1-bottle, 3-bottle, and 6-bottle orders are eligible.
- Even empty or partially used bottles can be returned for refund.
- Free bonus materials do not need to be returned as they are digital downloads.
3. How To Request A Refund

- Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a shipping address.
- Ship the bottles — full, partially used, or empty — back to the address provided. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once we receive your return, your refund is processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.
4. Refund Timeline
Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the returned product. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
5. Damaged Or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@neotonics-product.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
